The building, which is of recent construction, is on a very quiet street that runs down to the beach. As you get into the main entrance, there is a lift that takes you to the 3rd floor. The apartment has got a sitting room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room and the double bedroom lead on to an interior sunny balcony where you can dine al fresco in the summer.    
 
  The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 cm wide), dining table and chairs. The bedroom, decorated with practical and simple furniture, has a double bed (1.60 cm wide), a built-in cupboard, two small tables and bedlamps. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. The sitting room has remote controlled airconditioning for the summer. For the winter there are two electrical heaters. The balcony has a garden table and chairs for quiet relaxation as you return from the beach.
It has its own bedlinen and towels for two people. Sheets and blankets are also provided for the sofa bed in case there is an extra guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a self-catering break: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
