on a small street in the antique quarter, this apartment is
seconds from the main beach. The situation is superb for shopping,
eating out or just relaxing with a beer in one of the bars on
the seafront. If you are interested in art and culture, you
are also a few steps from the main museums, art galleries and
the beautiful public library. |

The
building, which is of recent construction, is on a very
quiet street that runs down to the beach. As you get into
the main entrance, there is a lift that takes you to the
2nd floor. The apartment has got a bathroom with a bath
and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room area
and a big bedroom that leads on to a sunny balcony where
you can dine al fresco in the summer. |

The
sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 cm wide),
dining table and chairs. The bedroom, which is decorated
in a cool, relaxed style, has a double bed (1.50 cm wide),
two wicker chairs and a small round table where you can
have your morning coffee or watch TV. Both rooms have
fans on the ceiling and remote controlled airconditioning
for both summer and winter. The bedroom opens out to a
balcony where you can chill out after a day’s sightseeing
in Barcelona. The flat is full of light and the decoration
is both practical and cozy. Situated at the back of the
building, it is a quiet place to switch-off from your
daily routine.
It has its own bedlinen and towels for two people. Sheets
and blankets are also provided for the sofa bed in case
there is an extra guest. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you might need for a self-catering break. |
