Located
on a small street in the antique quarter, this apartment
is seconds from the main beach. The situation is superb
for shopping, eating out or just relaxing with a beer
in one of the bars on the seafront. If you are interested
in art and culture, you are also a few steps from the
main museums, art galleries and the beautiful public library. |

The
building, which is of recent construction, is on a very
quiet street that runs down to the beach. As you get into
the main entrance, there is a lift that takes you to the
3rd floor. The apartment has got a double bedroom, a bathroom
with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting
room area that gives onto a sunny terrace where you can
dine al fresco in the summer.

The
sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 cm wide),
dining table and chairs. The bedroom, decorated in a clean,
simple style, has a double bed (1.60 cm wide), a built-in
cupboard, two small tables and bedlamps. The bathroom
is equipped with bath and shower. The sitting room has
remote controlled airconditioning for summer and winter.
It opens out to the roof terrace with terracotta tiled
floor; there are teka table and chairs for outdoor meals
at sunny winter noons and summer nights. From here you
have a partial view of the beach and seafront promenade. |
