This apartment is in the same building as apartment 6, 8 and 9. It is located right on the seafront on San Sebastian beach from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the old church. It is also very close to the centre and railway station.

As you get into the main entrance, there is a lift that takes you to the 1st floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower. Everything is brand new and top quality.
In the sitting-room there is a sofa-bed for 1-2 people, a TV set and a table and chairs. It leads on to a sunny balcony with teak chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the sea and the antique quarter.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is integrated with the sitting room and is only separated from it by a bar where you can have breakfast. The whole apartment has air conditioning and central heating. It's full of light and the decoration is modern, practical and cozy. It has its own bedlinen for the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room and towels for four people.
